That picture of a protester has nothing to do with the G20.
I don't remember his name now, but he has been sitting outside Parliament protesting against the invasion of Iraq for 6 years. It is illegal to protest without permission from the police within one square mile of the Palace of Westminster - this guy is the exception to the rule.
